Envelope

• All external Elevations will be made of double walls (25 cm thick), mostly covered with natural stones and high quality exterior paint
• Roofing and Waterproofing as well as thermal insulation.
• External doors & windows: all external openings shall be in aluminum with double glazing bronze glass (Sidem 2000 or equivalent)
• Electrical rolling shutters will also be provided

Finishing

• Main Entrance: Flooring and most walls in high quality ceramic tiles.
• False ceiling in bathrooms

Parking

• Mechanical ventilation system
• 2 parking spaces for each apartment
• Electrical Parking gate with Remote Control
